Inspiration, determination, focus

Testing the boundaries has always been the driving force for Peter Niemandt.
His personal credo is to help sales leadership teams, sales teams and sales people set challenging goals, overcome fear of failure and then coach them to achieve great things

Peter and wife Daryl and “three of the best kids in the world” arrived in Melbourne in 2001 where they now live in the south eastern suburb of Surrey Hills.

Prior to forming Tandem Consulting Pty Ltd, Peter successfully consulted, trained, or facilitated worldwide in Banking, IT, Financial services, Insurance, Private Medical, the Hotel and Motor industries, Construction, Airline travel and Telecommunications.
His 26 years of business acumen offers a comprehensive appreciation of motivational issues, obstacles to outperformance and challenges to uplifting sales revenue. As well as this, Peter draws upon his numerous personal challenges that allow him to connect and inspire people in a deep and meaningful way.

In his spare time Peter has obtained his PPL (helicopters). He has completed the Comrades Marathon (86 kms) twice and the South African Iron Man three times.
He has been part of a five man squad that undertook an ultra marathon relay (640kms) to raise money for a worthy cause. In addition Peter has climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, circumnavigated the island of Pemba (Zanzibar, East Africa) in a sea kayak, and walked the Kokoda Track ….and “a few other things…”

To further illustrate his illustrious life to date, Peter’s book “Things I learnt about immigrating to another Planet” is a humorous but astute commentary on “starting all over again” in a new country.

As a successful businessman Peter understands how business works, and has an eye for profitable possibilities. Totally customer focused, he offers very clear and practical advice, delivers commercial and very tangible outcomes with a sense of shared ownership.
His aim is to work closely with sales teams who are serious about outperforming. Simple.
